Booking Amount And Final Payment:

• To Confirm The Booking,You Need To Pay 20% Advance Money of The Total Amount
• Your service provider will require amounts towards the bookings which amounts are nonrefundable, nontransferable and interest free amounts.
• Final payment for the relevant booking is required no later than 7 Days prior to departure unless otherwise stated on your invoice.

Booking Amendments :

• If you wish to transfer from one trip to another or transfer your booking to a third party you must notify us at least 40 days prior to the departure date. 
• No charges are applied

Cancellation Policy:

• In the event of cancellation of tour / travel services due to any avoidable / unavoidable reason/we must be notifed of the same in writing.
• Cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive advice in writing, and cancellation charges would be as follows:
• 45 days prior to arrival: 10% of the Tour / service cost
• 15 days prior to arrival: 25% of the Tour / service cost
• 07 days prior to arrival: 50% of the Tour / service cost
• 48 hours prior to arrival OR No Show: No Refund

Cancellation by Shree Kshetra Travels :

•  If we cancel a tour due to unforeseen reasons (like natural calamities, strikes, or insufficient bookings), customers will receive:
•  A full refund, or The option to reschedule or transfer to another tour.

Refund Process :

•  Refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 working days after receiving the cancellation request.
• Payment gateway or bank transaction charges (if any) will be deducted.

•  Flight, train, or hotel cancellations are subject to respective service provider policies.
